BIHC Launches Funded Training Programs Boma International Hospitality College and Switch Media School launched funded training development programmes in hospitality and digital media entrepreneurship funded by KCB Foundation on May 22, 2024. This initiative is designed to catalyze the development of 2,000 youth, with a special focus on women, people living with disabilities, professionals and entrepreneurs in the hospitality and digital media sectors. By empowering young people with the skills, they need to create, scale and enhance their careers and businesses to enhance the social impact of the communities we serve. Mike Mwangi, Chair of Hotel General Managers & GM of Tribe Hotel - - - The programmes were launched today at the BIHC x SMS campus in South C, with Mendi Njonjo - CEO of KCB Foundation, Dr.Abbas Gullet - CEO of Boma PanAfrican, Dr. Ezekiel Mutua, CEO - MCSK, Peter Opondo | Media Management Consultant, Veteran Journalist and Editor among other notable figures as well as over 50 brands and organizations in Hospitality and Media spheres. The agreement brings together two distinct brands renown for training and travel. BIHC aims to foster a Pan African influence of creating partnerships with like-minded African brands to foster new hospitality frontiers that match global standards through training.
