BIHC will be participating in the Top 10 Plate Trophy Competition of the Virtual Young Chef Olympiad 2021

We are ecstatic to announce that we have qualified in the next round of the World's Biggest Young Culinary Olympiad.

 
The 7th edition sees over 60 countries compete across a variety of culinary competitions to showcase skill, food and culture and create hope admist the covid pandemic.
 
Through our student, Swabra Idd and her mentor, Head of Culinafy Arts, Chef Chris Burton, BIHC will be participating in the Top 10 Plate Trophy Competition of the Virtual Young Chef Olympiad 2021.
 
We are excited by the chance to showcase our Culinary prowess and take our place among the very best Culinary schools in the World and fly the Kenyan flag on a global platform.
