The last lunch

The Boma International Hospitality College (BIHC) had its first Annual General Meeting on 17th August 2017. In attendance were the BIHC board of directors; Gina Din- Kariuki, Dr. Abbas Gullet, Mike Macharia, Wanjiru Njage and Hon Joash Alum. Also in attendance was the Red Cross Governor, Dr. Said Mohamud, BIHC Principal Gianfranco Astori and the faculty members.

The agenda was to receive, consider and adopt the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2016, discuss BIHC’s college structure as well as announce the re-appointment of Messrs PKF East Africa as the official financial auditors for 2017. BIHC’s management was commended for their hard work, notably by maintaining steady growth and providing top quality higher education and producing skilled students to remedy a needy hospitality industry.
