Course Description
This program is designed to introduce learners who may not have achieved the minimum entry requirements
to join our Culinary Arts and Hotel Management courses directly. The 13-week intensive program is facilitated
at our campus, where students are fully engaged in theoretical learning with a touch of real-world Industry
exposure through our Hotel and Restaurant Familiarization unit. Upon successful completion of the program,
students may progress to a full-time program of their choice.
